Meet Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a Registered Dietitian specializing in hormone health, insulin resistance, and sustainable weight loss.

My path into nutrition is both professional and deeply personal. I’ve spent over 9 years in the nutrition field and have been a practicing dietitian for 7 years, but my journey started much earlier through my own experiences with weight, health, and trying to figure out what actually works long-term.

Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to do everything “right” and still feel stuck.

That’s what led me to take a different approach.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of North Dakota and my Master’s degree in Integrative and Functional Medicine from John Patrick University.

Originally from Minnesota, I now call Florida home.

Through my work in clinical settings, dialysis, and telehealth, I’ve seen firsthand that real change doesn’t come from restriction—it comes from understanding your body.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a functional, root-cause lens. That means we don’t just look at food—we look at hormones, metabolism, lifestyle, and the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting a plan—you’re getting someone who truly understands what you’re going through and knows how to guide you through it.

Because lasting results don’t come from starting over.

They come from finally doing the right things for your body.
